Di.BlueConnector

Di.BlueConnector bridges ACC Docs and Sheets with Bluebeam Studio Projects and Sessions, enabling a smooth and efficient transfer of PDF files between platforms. It also supports slip sheeting when uploading to Bluebeam Studio Projects, preserving existing markups while updating the PDF with the new file content.

Connections

The connector enables synchronization between Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Bluebeam Studio.

Connections must be configured before any file transfer or workflow can be performed.

Pre-Requirements

Before using the connector, the required integrations must be configured.

Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)

To enable access to ACC data, the Di.BlueConnector APS application must be added as a custom integration in your ACC account.

Steps

1. Go to ACC Account Admin
2. Navigate to Custom Integrations
3. Add a new integration using the provided APS credentials

Planned to be released as an app in the ACC App Gallery, eliminating the need for manual custom integration setup.

Setup

1. Sign in to the connector.
2. Create a connection to ACC.
3. Create a connection to Bluebeam.
4. Verify access to:
   • ACC projects and folders
   • Bluebeam Studio Projects or Sessions

Note: If a connection is not configured correctly, it will appear disabled when selecting data sources.
