Di.BlueConnector

Di.BlueConnector bridges ACC Docs and Sheets with Bluebeam Studio Projects and Sessions, enabling a smooth and efficient transfer of PDF files between platforms. It also supports slip sheeting when uploading to Bluebeam Studio Projects, preserving existing markups while updating the PDF with the new file content.

Management

Create a new Studio Project or Session

Studio containers can be created directly from the connector.

Steps

1. Go to Management
2. Select the Bluebeam connection
3. Click Create
4. Choose:
   • New Studio Project
   • New Studio Session
5. Define:
   • Name (required)
   • Additional settings (optional)
6. Click Submit

Actions

Manage Members

• Manage which members can access the Studio Project or Session
• In a Studio Session, view which users are currently active and their status
• Invite new users to join the Studio Project or Session

Edit

• Update the name and settings of a Studio Project or Session
• Modify attendee permissions

Delete

• Remove a Studio Project or Session, if permitted

---

Notes

• If you do not have permission for an action, a toast error is displayed
• The Delete action is only available to the owner of the Studio Project or Session
