File Transfers

Two panels are available, and the user must select which connection to use in each one.

Either panel can be used to:

  • Select files
  • Start the transfer

Notes

  • The transfer direction depends on the panel from which the action is triggered
  • If more than one file is selected, the user is prompted to choose whether to export them as a single file or as multiple files

Slip Sheeting

Slip sheeting is used when a document in ACC is updated and existing markups from Bluebeam need to be preserved and applied to the new version.

Workflow

  1. Select the updated file in ACC (Docs or Sheets)
  2. Select the corresponding file in Bluebeam (Studio Project)
  3. Click Transfer selected
  4. When prompted to overwrite the existing file, confirm the action
  5. The connector:
    • Replaces the existing file in the Studio Project
    • Performs slip sheeting between the previous and updated versions
    • Preserves existing markups based on page matching

Notes

  • Works with both ACC Docs and Sheets
  • Files are matched using name
  • Existing markups are preserved and applied to the updated document
